THE YELLOW PAIL PROJECT

One pail at a time, we can make a difference
According to the
U.S. Department of Agriculture,
12.3% of homes suffered from food insecurity in 2016.
That amounts to
15.6 million households.

How it works

At The Yellow Pail Project, we make it easy to help get food to those in need. Our goal is to make the process of donating food easy so that food pantry shelves never go empty.
Our volunteers drop off yellow pails at donors' doorsteps. Donors fill up their pails with non-perishable food items. Our volunteers pickup and deliver the filled pails to local food pantries the following day.
One pail at a time, it's that simple.
